Help with Coco’s Medical Bills

This campaign is to help raise money for my beautiful guinea pig boy Coco's medical expenses.

So two years ago myself and my fiancé went to the pet store and saw this beautiful boy there. We instantly fell in love with him. We begged the pet store to keep him for us till the end of the week as we were going away for the week but they said no. When we got back on the Friday we immediately went to the pet store and he was the only one guinea pig left. We knew it was ment to be, and the rest is history.

Unfortunately, on the evening of the 31st of August, we realised that Coco was not doing well and his tummy was swollen. We rushed through to the emergency vet in the middle of the night where they started treating him for bloat. He initially got better with his medication but since have had several relapses. He as been admitted to the animal hospital a total of 10 times thus far. He has had countless X-rays done, blood tests, ect. to try and determine the reason for the bloat. On the 20th of September the doctors needed to file his back teeth due to him eating on and off as a result of the bloat.

Through all this Coco is still fighting and being a little champ. As an owner or as I like to think of it "Parent" I will do anything to help my little boy, but the medical bills have started to pile up. As a student it is very difficult to keep up with all his medical expenses. Currently our medical expenses have totalled up to around almost R 12 000.00 ($770 US).
