Help glow up the capital of Croatia with vegan colors. For this year's World Vegan Day we plan to hang 22 vegan flags across our capital, Zagreb, to mark this important day and plant a seed of veganism as a compassionate, sustainable and popular lifestyle amongst our fellow citizens. An action like this has never been seen in Croatia and your support is crucial to make the most of this opportunity.
The flags would be hanging for 12 days on city's official flag poles in the most frequented and popular places in the city. The size of the flags would be from three to six meters and they would be used in the years to come.
Apart from the flags, we would like to print the vegan flag on t-shirts, umbrellas and face masks which we would share with our members and volunteers. We believe that t-shirts and umbrellas with messages are an awesome way of sending a powerful message and educating the public.
Animal Friends Croatia is the biggest non-profit organization dedicated to promoting animal rights and veganism in Croatia. Over the period of almost 20 years, with the help of our volunteers, supporters and donors, we managed to ban fur farming, keeping dogs on a chain and the use of animals in circuses in Croatia, as well as many other forms of animal cruelty. We established the biggest vegan festival in this region and the first animal rights march in Croatia. We are positive that, if we join our forces, we can do this too.
Today's world is still a dark place for the animals. Together we can make it a little brighter. Join the battle for a more just society for all living beings.
