Help Valentina fight Diabetes, Heart & Kidney disease

Over time, My mother's uncontrolled Diabetes or high blood glucose levels damage nerves and blood vessels, leading to her heart disease and kidney failure today. She is experiencing severe difficulty in breathing so we decided to admit her in public hospital in Quezon City (National Kidney Hospital). Until now she's undergo medication and laboratories that quite expensive.
