I've recently started a small business marketing M2 panels. This panel is an alternative to the common hollow blocks and is much more durable especially against earthquakes. The technology came from Italy and I was elated to learn that a local firm was manufacturing it. I was able to sign an agreement to market these and had some initial sales already. Unfortunately, I was laid off and without my job to support the financing needed to keep the business it withered.
Through these arduous times I kept my hope and faith in this business knowing that this is what I intend to do from now on. The real reason why I chose this particular product was due to the recent news that circulated locally about the "Big One". It refers to a major earthquake that is supposed to hit the capital of the Philippines. It was based on the study of the tectonic plates where they found out that the plates below the capital move every 400 years and is now long overdue. It is due to this that the national government through its Metro Manila Development Authority agency instituted a regular "Shake Drill", a nationwide earthquake drill to assess the country's preparedness for such an event.
This building material from Italy has been proven to withstand strong earthquakes. If houses, buildings, and any new establishment being constructed, even just within the capital, uses this it can help a lot in reducing the number of casualties. And not just for earthquakes. It can withstand cyclone force winds too. The country has been hit with super typhoons recently and it's time to upgrade the materials we use for construction. This material can and has save lives. I intend to make it the only material my people will ever use.
To do this, I will need this funding to get the business back on track. Have my business licenses renewed, launch our website, set up an office and have enough working capital to get me to just at least the next sale. New and innovative building materials aren't that easy to sell. It involves changing mindsets and that sometimes takes time and a lot of traveling.
I have tried and looked at some financing and loan options but can't get past the bank. Some are too small to sustain the business long enough. Just please help me through the next sale and I will be grateful to all of you.
And, oh, you'll see on the right I've prepared some cool rewards. They may not be much but I'm pretty sure you are all aware no amount of reward can compare to the kind of reward you will be getting from Him for being so selfless.
Lastly, some help are not always monetary. Sharing this to your friends can be as valuable.
May the Lord continually bless you and your family.
