Hi. I am Dianne Camille the daughter of Anacleto O. Pesimo Jr aka JUN. He was rushed to the Hospital last Friday because of Heart Attack. Now, he is admitted at ICU, he had undergone angiogram and for possible angioplasty, but sad to say, they cannot perform angioplasty because my dad has 3 blockage, he needs open heart surgery. I know my dad is fighting, twice in a row that his dialysis was deferred because of inadequate urine output. He was referred to Urologist, Nephrologist, Thoracic Surgeon and pulmonologist. Many laboratories and procedures were done to him. Our funds are depleting. Me and my family just wanted him to relax and focus on his health, get better and not to worry about anything else.
Me and my family are knocking on your kind hearts to help us save our Papa.
Any amount will be greatly appreciated. This will greatly help us supply his medications and laboratory tests and for his Open Heart Surgery.
