Hi, My name is Jasmeet Singh, and along with my friend, Ajeet Singh.

We are raising funds for an initiative that primarily aims to see smiles on the faces of the young children and families that live at the slum by giving them good education and personality enhancement. We have a team of 12 teacher to help us achieve this, however, we lack the resources.

Our Goal: To provide basic primary education and basic skills so that they will be able to earn more and come out from poverty.

We want to make difference in our slum students‟ lives by providing them vital academic information, skills, strategies, and by enhancing positive social growth and physical development. “Happy Children Center” Project

We will provide free education and make them realize their inner strength. We will showcase case studies of famous personalities around the world, those who started from zero and now has become inspiration fro others. By looking into that they will feel confident and prepare themselves to learn new things in life.

We will also educate to take care of their health because health is everything.


To open a school we need arrange funds to pay the space rent, teacher's salary, food expenses for children's (Breakfast), stationary, picnic, medical, transportation and other expenses we will start the session from 10th of August 2019 and end on 10th of December 2019, timing will be 7-11 am, at Rishikesh, Birth Place of Yoga.Once the event is completed, we will be happy to share photos and our experience. A survey conducted by 7th All India Education Survey reveals below facts on Child Labor:

  • At present there are 17 million children labour in India.
  • A study found that children were sent to work by compulsion and not by choice, mostly by parents, but with recruiter playing a crucial role in influencing decision.
  • When working outside the family, children put in an average of 21 hours of labour per week.
  • 19% of children employed work as domestic help.
  • 90% working children are in rural India.
  • 85% of working children are in the unorganized sectors.
  • About 80% of child labour is engaged in agricultural work
