We have adopted Marvel from a shelter 19 of Faburary, 2017. He has arrived to our house as a small creature, who needed a place to call home. Because of no needed support and health care in the shelter, he started to have vision problems recently.

First of all, March 2, 2017, we had to bring Marvel to an ophthalmologist who diagnosed him a Corneal Ulcer.

Every day we have to wash his eyes carefully with a special mixture of antiseptic solution of 3% boric acid, 1% rivanol solution and a weak solution of furacilin. Also it is neccesary do intramuscular injections of antibiotics and put bandages with kanamycin and sulfapiridazine in combination with dexamethasone. Since neither me, nor my wife can not do this ourselves, we have to visit the clinic once every week for that procedures. That helps reduce the pain for sometime, but the problem remains and his health situation doesn't get better. The bill for every visit, including the price for all the antibiotics, meds and treatment, is $450.

Our vet says, that right now he has the beginning of Purulent Corneal Ulcer on his right eye. Without operative intervention, our little Marvel might loose his vision on his one eye, and then later on both.

All those procedures are painful for our little Marv, and we wish to stop his agony, and provide him a bright future, thanks to an operation.

We do hope, that he will receive the treatment he needs as soon as it will be possible, because of our common help.
