Help us say goodbye and meet grandkids

My name is Giedre. I am originaly from Lithuania, but the life brought me to Greece and I call this beautiful country home for the last 9 years. I have bin blessed with beautiful family(a loving husband and our 2 year old twins). Recently I have learned that my father(in Lithuania) has a stage 4 lungs cancer. We weren't very close for many years since my parents divorced, but we kept in touch. I haven't been to Lithuania in the last 7 years, so my father has never met his only grandchildren. As we are a family of 4 and only my husband is working we can't afford trips abroad. We need your help. I wish my sons to meet their grandfather and I need to say goodbye. We will be eternaly gratefull.
