The kitten hid underneath the dashboard of the car, most likely trying to find shelter or just wanted to warm up. Luckily, this little boy was rescued by the kind man Chris Mallia (Chris's FB and pictures: https://tinyurl.com/y9v44t2k).
The kitten was taken to the vet and it turned out the leg is broken and the surgery to save the broken leg and the further treatment will cost a few hundred euros. Please help us save this little chap's leg and so he can get back to health and find a new home.
