help us save , protect, and develop our cold spring w/ pure mineral water from quarry operation

We would like to ask help to protect, preserve and develop our place in anog, juban, sorsogon---the anog cold spring, pure mineral water, natural resources,esp the fireflies that form like xmas tree every night.. pls help us protect it from quarry operation...

it has potentials to be tourists' spot. We hope soon it will be formally declared as protected area so they cannot continue to operate quarry activities in the creek just at the boundary of the land and near(50 meters away)the water ... The place under zoning ordinance is not identified as quarrying area but some government officials and have allowed this because they are behind it and appears that they have personal interests as they have projects that require aggregates. for now the quarry operation is temporariry suspended but can be resumed anytime in the future, We would like to preserve, protect and develop the place. Pls help us with this... Thank you
