WE WISH TO RAISE R50000 TO AFFORD TREATMENT AND MEDICATION TO FIGHT FOR OUR UNBORN BABY GIRL.

MY NAME IS CHARMAINE AND MY HUSBAND WILLEM AND OUR 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER CARA. ALL WE WANT IS TO HAVE THE CHANCE TO BRING OUR NEW BABY GIRL INTO THIS WORLD AND GET THE MEDICAL TREATMENT.

We are parents to a beautiful little girl 6 years old. In 2014 she was born at 30 weeks, weighing only 1,2kg. We cried and prayed hard and long. She was a fighter and today shes all grown up. After we had her, the doctor announced that we will never be able to have a baby again, due to my weak cervix. In the last 4 years we went through 3 miscarriages and I finally gave up after the last one. But that was not God's plan for us. He heard our daughter crying for a baby brother or sister and He saw my emptiness everyday. Earlier this year we discovered that I'm pregnant again, but after 3 miscarriages I didn't have much hope this time around. But she decided to stay. Thank you Jesus. We had so much plans, and then the lockdown started. We are small business owners with no government relief. We currently have no income whatsoever. We cant afford the medication and the treatment that I'm on anymore to keep baby inside my womb for longer. I'm 22 weeks now and if I'm lucky if I'll be able to walk another 8 weeks, so that will make her a 30 weeker aswell. But we cant pay our medical fund anymore, we cant afford to pay for any treatment in NICU after birth anymore, nevertheless she only has 3 babygrows and 2 blankets this far. We dont know what will happen. What if this tiny baby contains the virus in the hospital, what if they don't have the right equipment to keep her alive.

I've had someone telling me, do you really want this baby to survive this pandemic? How cruel. We prayed for this child for years.

Any small donation can make a big difference. I am fully aware that most people are currently at the peak of their own economic struggles, facing unemployment and battling to make ends meet. I'm extremely mindful of this in our plea to people
