I’m from Italy and I do this for my family. I’m a retailer’s daughter of little household appliances, the business worked good until the large-scale retail trade’s upwind. They can guarantee more competitive prices, more quantities and a largest choose. My father has carried on the business since my grandfather’s death, when he was sixteen years old. To see the work of a whole family dead as result of a market logic it was a hard blow for my father and we. To protect the reminder of his father, thinking to be able to face the first signs of the recession, he tried to become himself a member of one of the biggest media company, transforming our shop in a small appliances supermarket. As we can imagine, a reality so tiny hasn’t been able to cope a problem bigger than a wish of a single man and also this go has been revealed an hammering. Debts with bank are increased and now it's impossible to stay afloat.

In all this story there is only a thing which could save us: my father’s technical abilities, typically resulting from an Italian modus operandi. Since the first opening of the shop we have ever counted on the post-sale services, that is the repairs of the appliances, guaranteeing to the clients the warranty on products and the technical supports in every single phase of purchase.A kind of care of our clients, which large-scale retail trade cannot offer. This is our point of strength, and we have a project to export this conception in the rest of the world. It’s an ambitious plane but we want to demonstrate that with will and done we can make it.

We want to renovate shop reducing its dimensions and to create a website in which selling vintage products really made in Italy (not fake or products with wording “made in Italy” just beacuse the last phase of working was done in Italy) belonging to 1950s – 1960s - 1970s, years of the Italian design excellence, repaired by my father as if they were new. Products made by brands like Quick Mills, Lesa, Zanussi, Zoppas, ecc. which have done the appliances’ italian story. We want to export our know how.

We think that a nation reach of culture such as Italy should direct its attention to these small realities, in that they represent the most important strength of the country.

Help us come out of this condition and we will be forever grateful. Any donation is welcome.

I'm sorry for some english mistakes.
