Help us save our mother!

My name is Michelle David. I am from the Philippines, Currently staying in Qatar working as a caregiver and I am writing in desperation to ask for your help.

On November 14, 2021 (Sunday), my mother, Teresa Ambos, 69 years old, was rushed to Elguira General Hospital (San Carlos City, Pangasinan) due to not being able to wake up. We thought she suffered from stroke. But her doctor ordered a CTSCAN and they found a CYSTIC MASS ON HER RIGHT FRONTAL LOBE. As a result of this, she will have to undergo Brain Surgery (Craniotomy) and therapy after.

These treatments are extremely costly, and paying for them will cause us great financial difficulty. We have not yet received an official quotation, but the doctor told us that the hospital bill can reach 1Million to 1.5 Million pesos which is $20,000 . We also found out that, to recover fully, she will need a Therapy after her operation.

We decided to move her to another hospital to lessen the hospital bill and proceed to her operation. But unfortunately, we still aren’t able to settle the remaining balance. She was not insured, most of us aren’t, because we cant afford it. We need to settle the balance right away because they wont proceed to the operation if we can’t pay. We’re hoping and praying that we’re not out of time.

As there is no way could ever afford all of these, I know it's a stretch to ask, but I'm hoping you'll find it in your hearts to help in this challenging situation. Any amount of donation will help us. If she do not receive this treatment, she may not make it. So please, please help us save our mother.
