Help us save our Leeloo

Help us save our Leeloo, an adorable English bulldog puppy born with a fatal heart condition and a disabled front leg.

Leeloo had a very rough start: she was adopted in Belgrade after being saved from euthanasia. She was born with a dysfunctional front leg, which caused her walking only on other three. The disability is painful and she will be operated in order to start walking on all four again.

But prior to this, Leeloo must face a heart operation which is her life saver.

Her inborn heart condition - pulmonal stenosis - is causing her right heart chamber not to receive enough oxygen. Her doctors are giving her up to another year of life if she doesn’t undertake a surgery which should take place in Milan, Italy.

The current cost estimation for the surgery alone is 2,500 euro/ 2,900 dollar.

There is little or nothing we wouldn’t do to save this dog, who is yet to operate her front leg and both hips in perspective. But to help our crazy piglet walk and release the leg pain, we must save her life by fixing her heart.
