Hi there. This is Rosylyne Nabala, “Supa”. She has been saving children from abuse for over 10 years in Watamu, Kenya. She has spoken to children at every school and church in town and given out her phone hot line number. When she receives a call, she notifies the police and goes with the them to rescue the child, gets the DNA evidence, helps identify the perpetrator and makes sure he is arrested. She then attends the court case to make sure he is properly charged. The police do not have the resources to do “beginning to end” monitoring and the Government of Kenya has awarded Supa a letter of commendation thanking her for her support of children and asking for all to assist her. “Her performance has been exceptional and through her efforts so many children have been rescued from abusive conditions.” In the last nine years she has been involved in the arrest of 853 perpetrators from Watamu, 620 were convicted and sent to jail, but she is only one woman. We want to take this to the next level; we need to train more people to do what Supa does and widen the area of rescues. Our projected budget for a year is $12,811. My name is Lucile Ford and I have been trying to help Supa financially as she has been doing all of this mostly out of her own pocket while raising 2 children as a single mother.
Please, please help us raise these funds and help save children from abuse!
