Help us repair the roof

All our problems with the roof started last year in May. At first we noticed a small water stain on the ceiling after the rain stopped. Over time things got worse and now every time it rains the water flows on our walls. We were worried but we never imagined it would turn into the mess that you can see in the picture or in the video.

After it rained all month, May is a rainy month in my country, my neighbors and I got in touch with a company that pretended to be specialized in repairing roofs. They came, checked out the roof and asked us for a large amount of money in exchange for repairing the whole roof not just where it was leaking. We agreed thinking that it was best for everyone. It was not!

It took them five days to repair the roof and after that they said that everything was ok and even gave us a guarantee for the work they performed for the next 5 years. In case there were problems they assured us that they would come over and fix them for free. After a few weeks it rained again and we noticed that the roof was still leaking. We called the company and asked them to come over and check it out. They did come over but after they finished their work they tried to ask us for money ignoring the guarantee that was given to us. We refused them because it was not part of our deal.

Everything worked against us and we had a rainy summer. Discussing with my neighbors I found out that everyone has the same problems as before and things are getting worse.

This summer we tried to get in touch with the company and tell them to come over and fix what they broke. At first it was hard to find them because it looks like the company just took our money and vanished. Somehow one of my neighbors managed to find the phone number of one of the company's representative. My neighbor called that guy and because he didn't know who was calling he responded and assured us that they will fix the roof. After that call ended he stopped taking our calls and even gave up on that phone number.

Now I need money to hire someone who will fix everything that they ruined, repaint the walls and try to sue the company that did this to us.
