Help us redeem financial freedom of our 28 emp

I am Tangai Tanyanyiwa the founder and leader of Pin-Code Security Solutions and I am a Certified Fibre Optic Technician by profession . On 21 July 2018 my former employer in the Telecommunications lndustry identified a talent of leadership in me and removed me from his payroll and offered me a opportunity to be his sub-contractor which gave birth to Pin-Code Security Solutions . I started with 11 employees and grow to 28 employees by December 2018 which is the current stuff compliment . In January 2019 my former employer engaged me with a big foreign based Telecommunications company and facilitated a contract with my company . All was going on well and the client was paying us promptly till August 2019 when the client upheld our payment till now . As a start up which started from ground we haven’t raised enough liquid cash to pay my staff before the client pays so since August 2019 my staff haven’t been paid and it’s quite a challenging situation . All the 28 families are depending on me and l can not give them the support they need due to the non-payment of finished projects by my client . My team was doing physical work with all their minds and deserves to be rewarded . I have become an enermy of everyone . I am currently fighting with my client legally but my employess are suffering , some are now homeless since they were evicted due to failure to meet their monthly rentals for 3 months .

The Department of Labour is also on my case regarding this issue hence l created this cause to appeal to well wishers to help me redeem the financial freedom of these 28 families . The money donated will be used to pay the salaries in arrears and if there is surplus from the required amount , the balance will be used to assist the ones who were evicted to get suitable and decent accommodation again .
