OUR STORY
3 years ago, me and my sister Jenny started the Online Platform of selling Dimsum Products, we started to post on our Facebook personal account and eventually we make our first customer, our friends and family. By that time we decided to explore our selling area by first created our very first Facebook Page to attract more clients and keep them updated. We made our first client from Luzon Area and trust us for their first transaction and after that we made our momentum to have more clients from different places in Metro Manila, North and South Luzon Provinces, Philippines.
At first, its really hard to build trust and make effort to get a new customer. Why? First we don’t have Physical Store so they can’t walk in and make payment in person. But still, in full efforts and carefully handled every transactions we made, we succeeded to gain their trust and loyalty.
For over the years made more than 500+ transactions and more than 100+ clients from different places and locations who owns Franchise Stalls, Restaurant and School Canteens, building relationship with them and with the suppliers its really a priceless. And we wanted to continue our venture to have our own “Physical Store”.
Through the years, we faced challenges: struggling to fill work shifts, lack of supplies from our suppliers, balancing our goal of ethnic sourcing with our commitment to affordability and dealing with cash-flow shortages.

WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP?
After those years, selling and transacting over the phone or thru online is a risk-factor for both seller and buyer. Even though, we already known in this kind of business,
we never thought that it will happened to us, we never know that we are careless and trusted them and never thought of being scam by one of our trusted clients.
The incidents could not have come at worse time. Although some of our clients still with us but our expenses have risen.

We’ve built debt, we cannot afford to pay our staff, we decided to less our staff and we (me & my sister) continue to do delivery work. Our dream almost gone, we lost our most trusted clients due to lack of supplies, late deliveries due to lack of manpower.

We decided to stop the operation last week of February 2018. We don’t want to do this but we don’t have enough funds to continue our venture and fulfill our dreams to have our own SHOP.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO RE OPEN & EXPAND?
In order to reopen our online store and expand to a real shop, we need the following:

• PAY OUR SUPPLIERS UPFRONT SUPPLIES OF DIM SUM - We need atleast P30,000 Philippine Peso ($600) to pay the new supplies that what we lost last year.
• TO SECURE THE LEASE OF SPACE - We need to secure the lease or 2 months rent of the space for expanding our shop, it was around P40,000 Philippine Peso ($800), P20,000/month ($400).
• FREEZER/STORAGE EQUIPMENT - We need 2 Chest type freezer for storage that have capacity of 1000 packs of frozen goods that cost of P25,000 each, Philippine Peso ($1000 each).
• TO GET A BUSINESS PERMIT & SANITARY PERMIT - To make our expansion operates in legal we need to get a business permit and othe legal document to operate.
• HIRE AGAIN A NEW MANPOWER - We need to hire 3 staffs for deliveries and shipping process.

WHAT YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL SUPPORT US?
We are fiercely committed to our trusted and repeatedly clients. We want our dreams come true, we don’t want to stop what we started.
One of our suppliers suggested and recommended their space in Quezon City but we need to pay the two month’s rent upfront by the end of April 2018, funds for new supplies, storage and cooling equipment; this is money that we do not have. That is why we are running this campaign. Donations will allow us to secure the lease, buy the equipment and supplies. Any extra will help us rebuild and fulfill our own physical store.
