Help us reach out to Mozambique

The vision of Vredelust Church is to transform lives and communities especially with regards to the broken, sick and spiritually poor. Part of this is to send missions teams to various parts of Africa on an annual basis to show something about Jesus to others. Continuity is important to us, so we return to the same communities every year. This means we can build relationships and walk a long way with the same people.

Vredelust has built strong links with Life Church Mozambique in recent years. We have become good friends with the leaders of the church and the community. One of Vredelust's house churches took ownership of this particular short-term mission trip in 2015 and they now organise the entire outreach from within this group. Life Church recently planted a new church in Maputo. This is where the team will help Pastor Inoque Chinde and assist the Maputo community with building, painting, general ministry, childrens’ games and many more. It's great to see how each person returns with a different perspective of life. The date of the 2017 trip from Friday 15 September to Monday 25 September.

The cost of such an outreach is always very high. Finance is not equally accessible to all, but we really trust God that money will not keep anyone from this mission trip.
