Help us re-open our cake business

Hi, I am Philip Ramirez father of 2 boys and Im from Davao City, Philippines. Last 2005 we started our small cake business from our small kitchen. From 2005 to 2009 our cake business took off with success (attached are some pictures of our creation).

As our business grew and already have enough money to invest for another line of business. Our close friend in college asks for help in her telecommunication business. She ask for funding for she to get the entire city as telecom dealer. I ask some of my friend for financial support and we came up the said amount and lend her the exact amount she needed, and the telecom company awarded her the entire city to become exclusive dealer. Instead for her to return our investment, she offered us a monthly payment with small interest. On May 2010 we noticed that she was missing some monthly dues until she didn't want to repay us at all. She didn’t want to talk to us or ever take our calls. We decided to take legal actions and sued her but the case went not so well because we can only file a bouncing check case against her. Her business is still operating until now with new business name and she also changed the name of the ownership on purpose. I sold our car, home and cake business to repay some of my friend’s investments just to clear up my name. On August 2010 my son was diagnose with 4th strain dengue and I was broke. I'm so desperate to contact the person who took our money to ask some amount for my son to be transfered to other hospital until I got chance contact her sister but they totally ignored my request and the saddest day of my life came. My 14 year old son passed away. From that day to 2016, we froze. No permanent house and no regular income. We felt hopeless and devastated until I realized we still have a son left. We decided to move forward and leave the past behind for our son. That is why we are here right now knocking on your kind heart asking for your help to reopen our cake business. I will use the funds to purchase bakery equipments and to rent and renovate a shop. With your help I am really determined to make this business grow big for my son and to help other less fortunate specially dengue victims.
