Campaign Story
Tito Kojak was a dear relative and has been with our family for decades. He grew up together with my papa and aunt.
Yesterday (December 5, 2019)as he drove my sister and I to work and school, he experienced chest pains. We have witnessed that he had trouble breathing yet amidst the inflicting symptoms he made sure my sister & I were safe and even managed to park at the side of the road.
He was brought to a nearby hospital and immediately underwent angioplasty. The procedure was successful & he was in a stable condition. The operation cost his family php700, 000. A few hours post-op, Tito Kojak's vital symptoms have deteriorated and he expired midnight of Dec 6.
We are humbly asking for your assistance in helping Tito Kojak's family settle the hospital bills as well as the wake & burial expenses.
Tito Kojak was a good man and it is our collective effort to assist his family until he is finally laid to rest.
