Help Us Please

First off, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Gary. I live in Michigan with my fiance, and our 3 children. Recently we've hit a huge snag, and are looking for any bit of help we can get. Let me start this in the proper order of events. 8 years ago, I was blessed with a beautiful boy Nicolis. Mother and I split just before his second birthday, and I assumed custody due to the lifestyle mother was living. We have been back and forth in court without attorneys with her nit picking me and trying to prove me unfit. He is a special needs child diagnosed with social anxiety, and has violent mood swings and extremely bad behaviors, so if anything was fishy, the schools would have noticed and done something about it. Now, comes Decembe of 2013, where I notice the phone my son has been playing with (given to him by mother), has naked pictures and videos of her and her husband on it. Nicolis informed me that she had put those pictures on there for him, and has also showed him how to look up porn. My first response was to take Nicolis and the phone to our local department of human services. Upon investigation, they find that his story is consistant, and forwarrd the phone to the Ohio special victims unit. Due to me living in Michigan, and her living in Ohio, jurisdiction fell in Ohio. While we are waiting for the decision of the SVU, I get papers in the mail from the court in ohio stating mother is going for full custody. With all of the weighing information of this, I was forced to get an attorney. The court also appointed a guardian at leitem for my son. now, I have covered the retainers for both attorneys, but the guardian is $500/hr, and my attorney is $300/hr. Every time we go to court, I lose a day of work, plus it costs me gas. On top of all of this, My fiance's father passed away on June 11th of this year from a massive heart attack. He had no burial benefit, and no life insurance essentially making my fiance and I responsible for the burial costs. We got lucky with the funeral home, and they cut us many breaks, but in the end, it still costs over $9,000 to bury him. They said that they would allow us to pay it back, but only have 30 days to do so. We've reached out to family and friends, but get the same answer. "times are tough", so I am reaching out to you to help in this time of desperate need. With the custody battle and the burial fees, I don't know which end is up. Please, anything that you can give is greatly appreciated, and needed. Thank you!
