Help us paying work for all hidden vices we found into our appartment please

We are parents of an adorable 19 month old baby and thought it was important that baby had his own house in order to securise his life and have his own room and a family living environment. Make you feel at home! We currently occupy an apartment and it had to be temporary, a year max! Time to buy something... We have occupied this apartment for two years now and we must leave as soon as possible.

We took out credits to buy our apartment and we borrowed money from our families to reserve the apartment. We assessed the work at 10,000 euros max.

We did not have time to do a neighborhood survey to find out if the co-owners were satisfied because the sellers attracted us with a great promotion that only lasted 24 hours. Straight after the signature of the selling we have heard by chance about a Whatsapp Group of owners. All owners are unsatisfied, and meet big issues with their appartments. We learned that the real estate group had done everything to put the least possible money in the works. Thus, the elevators (these are 16 floors buildings) break down every day. Several people remained locked up (me too) and some elevators made falls with children inside. We brought in experts and they have proven that the elevators are not set to standards. We take them but risk our lives every day. Unfortunately it is a large real estate group and we can do nothing against them.

It's been a year since we bought the appartment and we can't move because there are lots of problems also in the place. There are many hidden defects, problems with floods, walls soaked with water, windows that let air and rain through, fires due to poorly installed electrical panels, huge cracks that appear more and more , bad shutters installed that do not work, flooding in the boxes, etc. The list is very long.

Unfortunately we do not have money to sue the real estate group, we already have to pay our credits and cannot start the work because we have no financial security and finally it will cost too much.

This is why I turn to you, to your generosity. We dare not talk about it around us and our family because they would be very disappointed. We are looking for generous donors to pay for all the work that we cannot pay for. In order to finally be able to move. Because we must urgently vacate the apartment we occupy.
