Help us pay for our second cat vet bills and brain scan

Hi, I have to set up fundraiser again, this time for our second cat, 12yo Zbyszek (male name though she is a female.
She lives with my mum but my mum is running out of money. I'm attaching most every receipt from vet she had to go to recently.
Apparently, she has neurological issues. She is walking in circles (leaning to the right), she has face and ear tics and she is meowing more than usual. Recently, neurologist said that she either has an inflamation or brain tumor. Brain scan of this sort for cats here cost around 1k zloty (250 dollars, more or less) but we ran out of money. If it's 'just' inflamation we could treat it with antibiotics for a while and hopefully she will get better but if it's brain tumor we would like to know as soon as possible to either treat her differently or make another very hard decision (recently we had to euthanise our other cat, Kota, after months treatment but in her case it was best thing to do, we didn't want to extend her suffering with no chances for improvement of her health).
I'm attaching not only pictures of recent vet receipts, her results but also a video of how Zbyszek is behaving.
Today is 8th of March, we arrived to my mums place and took Zbyszek for blood test, results will come tomorrow. We will make sure to update you guys on how she is reacting to treatment and attach newest receipts and results.
