We are fourth-year Communication Arts students from the University of Santo Tomas and we will be producing our first short film entitled “Bye, Jude" for Sine Reel, a film festival at the University of Santo Tomas under the Communication Arts Students' Association (CASA). For this year, CASA has the honor of partnering with iWantTFC in the distribution of this film via its streaming platform.
Sine Reel is an annual filmmaking competition spearheaded by UST-CASA, spotlighting short films created by the senior members of the organization. The participating films will be streamed on iWantTFC in April 2021.
However, in order to produce our film, we would like to ask for your support and funding due to our limited capabilities as students of the University.
We believe that “Bye, Jude” deserves your support because it is a wholesome tale we all need during these trying times. At its core, “Bye, Jude” is a story of a child’s loyalty: Jude, a lonely boy ignored by almost everyone, befriends a ghost in his new hometown. Together, the unlikely pair will form a bond that helps “unstick” the ghost from the mortal realm. Our targeted shooting dates for “Bye, Jude” will be on March 2021.
With this, we humbly and sincerely solicit donations in cash or kind. The proceeds of this donation drive will be utilized for the following:
●Supporting Actors / Supporting Cast
●Hair and Make-up
●Swab tests for all producers and on-location staff members of Danger Noodle Productions, its actors and its Technical Production House
