Im writing this on hope that i get help
My partner was diagnosed with kidney failure and shes now in need of dialysis treatment and we can't afford the R15000 required monthly for that since the government hospital cannot do the treatment and im working as a cashier at a petrol station and she was a housekeeper
We have 3 daughters together and the youngest is 2 years old and we would love her to see her daughters grow and go to school so we asking for any kind of help as this is an medical emergency and its getting worse by the day and now she can't even walk
