Campaign Story
Hi Everyone,
2020 has been an year full of uncertainty and has brought everyone's life to a standstill. Me and my fiance's life has also been turned upside down and we are battling physical, emotional, mental and financial distress. Akash is diagnosed with leukemia (B-Cell Acute Myeloid Leukaemia). He is currently undergoing chemotherapy. And with the current work environment and difficult circumstances we are finding it difficult to manage payments for chemotherapy. Akash wants to fight this and stay in remission once this painful treatment and procedure is over. But in these current scenario the already expensive treatment has become more financially burdensome for us. Between both of our savings we have already spent almost $100,000 in his hospitalization, diagnosis (tests), consultations and treatment. My endeavor in raising funds this way is to help us through this tough time in our lives and start our lives together. We were supposed to get married by end of this year. And I pray that Akash finds his way to recovery soon so that we can get married and I am there to support him through this all.
It is my humble request to all of you to help us in this difficult time. Any help will be appreciated. Your prayers and wishes will help us in a long way to start our lives together.
