- Unemployed Veterans – 1,054,325
- Living in Poverty – 2,312,117
- Disabled – 2,867,025
In 2020, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development reported there are 40,056 homeless veterans nationwide. And the military community is severely impacted by the COVID 19 pandemic, with military spouses losing jobs.
