Short Summary

I just completed my post graduate certificate study in marketing from the Walden University, Baltimore, U.S.A and still studying to earn my Masters Degree in Marketing from the same university.

I recently lunched my new busness "DK & SK Company Limited" selling beauty and health products via my online store http://www.dknsk.com I have succeeded to create the much needed awareness and currently have over 10,000 registed customers in our database.

Also from information we have gathered from our customers and prospects, we have identified over 500 more products that we can sell in our store, but due to lack of fund, we can not carry these products.

Orders from our customers have being increasing steadily but we are unable to meet their demand. Because of very little working capital, we are unable to make prompt delivery or make shipment within the agreed shipping time, which usually leave our customer angry and unsatisfied and some times results to order cancellation.

Our card processing company pay us onces every month for our whole month sales, once we use our little fund to supply first sets of orders, we are left with nothing to supply subsequent orders, which always result to lost of revenue as a result of order cancellation and payment refunds. we need extra funds to help us increase our inventory to help us meet our customers demand and make same day shipment.

We have tried to request for financial assistance from our bank but we were turned down, because we could not meet their requirements.

We also lack enough manpower in our company, we have vacancies and need more people to fill the various positions in the different departments to help the company meet its goals and objectives, but we can not employ these needed manpower because the company can not guarantee their prompt salary payment, because of the unsteady income generation due to order cancellation because of our in ability to meet demand on time. we are really struggling to meet our customers increasing demand, we ask for your support to help us grow.
