help us go home

I ran away from home with my one year old son. Now more than ever I just want to go home. After arriving in a different state I got help and was diagnosed with postpartum depression. My therapist told me it's not uncommon to run away when depressed. Now that I have gotten help I want to go home, but I don't have any money to go home and living alone with my son is hard my husband wants me to come home but he doesn't have any money to send me to get home. We don't know anyone to help and its hard
