Help us get twins Prince Azriel & Prince Uriel out of the Hospital
Our Twins Prince Azriel M. Tejares & Prince Uriel M. Tejares, born premature (32weeks) September 18, 2018.
Prince Azriel weight 1.6kg & Prince Uriel weight 1.26kg . because of their condition, they had to be incubated, while being observed by their doctor through series of labtest, doctor found out that they had neonatal pheumonia and bacteria in their blood (clinical sepsis). 19hours after birth Prince Azriel suffer from progression of respiratory distress, he need a life support machine to live(CPAP and Oxygen). Prince Uriel suffer also from respiratory distress they give Oxygen to him.
My Partner & I are incapable of paying the medical bills of our twins. please understand, that us parents we will do anything to save our twin son, they are admitted at the Parañaque Doctor's Hospital, since the public hospital here don't have complete facilities to save my twins life. They are still admitted to this day.
We are knocking to your kind hearts to please help us raise fund for my twins Prince Azriel & Prince Uriel so that they can be discharge.
