Help us get the medicine, please

Hello good people.
My name is Dijana, I am from Bosnia. My sister has a complicated disease, Congenital heart failure (ASD synus venosys type) and hard Pulmonary Hypertension (PAH), further, she had stroke, and her right side of body is immobile. She is 33 years old and last 10 years is very difficult. Her only chance for healing is transplantation of heart and lung. That operation is not available in our country, and nearest is AKH Clinic in Wienna and we have to cover all cost by ourselves because our insurance not covering that costs. We were in Wienna and they can't give us a specific price, but only transplantation cost 300 000EUR and there is more cost for medical care before and after surgery. They offer us a medication PROSTACYCLIN but we can only get it in Wienna and cost 100 000EUR for year. Doctor said that with that medication she can improve her life quality and feel well until we find a way to get transplantation. My family is poor, we have small salaries and no way to pay for it.
