Help us get our house back. Please.

I know that what Im asking is too much but hear me out guys, please.

On the year 1995, my parents loaned our house. 'Cause we needed money for personal reasons. They even loaned most of our land. Up until this year, we haven't paid for our debt. And now, we paid the price. The bank already devided that we have to move out of the house by march 6, 2017. We dont really have no place to go amd we dont want to leave the house. A lot of memories have been made here. Good memories.

Let me inteoduce myself. Im Eunice, 25 y/o and Im a registered nurse. Im currently working at a government hospital here in vigan city. I have a brother, he's 28 y/o and he's also a nurse but he's working in a private hospital. I also have 3 sisters who're working abroad. I know you're thinking that we have nice jobs and that I have my sisters working abroad. I hope that was true. My monthly salary is only 5k as well as my brothers salary. Im not kidding. That what we make every month here. How about my sisters? They already have their own family to feed. They also have houses to pay for. What about my parents? Mu dad retired as the civil engr of vigan city. He receives 20k/month as his pension. My mom? Retired as well, she only receives 5k/month as her pension. my dad's 68y/o and my mom's 67y/o.

Maybe you're wondering why i place the expiration date to June 2017. When we were asked to move out in March 6.

We went to the Main branch of PNB in manila last February 24. We beg for them to not let us move out but they wouldnt allow it so my mom told them that if its okay for us to buy our house back and they said yes (the house and lot costs 3.6million and when you include the other lands, it costs 5.6million) But my mom asked them if we can do an istallment cause we can't addord for the whole price. They also agreed to that. So we have to pay for the 10% of 3.6million by march 1 and the other 10% within 30 days. But they told us to be ready for the 20% payment. I know you're asking "how will they pay for that?" - my sister, the eldest one, will apply for a loan there in abroad and if it will get approved, she'll be able to pay for the 20% and after that, she wont be able to send money. Now you're asking "why is she asking for help?" - I need your help on the next chapter of this struggle.

After the 20%, my mom with her attorney will negotiate for the years to pay and how much is the interest. You guys already know the breakdown of our monthly salaries and the pension of my parents. That already enough, i know but my mom is on trial. She was accused of stealing money from our city hall. (Her bail costs 1.2million). With the house, her case is already being ignored. It was our top priority back then but this happened.

My mom and dad can really function well anymore, with their arthritis, they cant really do everything. We want them to have their general check up but with the money issues, we just cant. We can just rely on our knowledge in lessening their pains.

Im doing this for them. Not for me our my siblings but for my parents. If you guys are asking for my relatives, we dont want to ask them for help. They wouldnt help us. If they wanted to, the trial of my mother would hve been over by now. As well as the debt that our house holds.

So im asking with all my heart that you guys help us. You are our only hope. Please. Help us. Please.
