Family of 3 looking to buy our first house. Hope to find the good in people. Thank you so much for your help.    Curently Renting a house Looking to purchase a house rather then rent. Looking for a low cost home in Florida Average livable houses that we looked are between 60-80k thank you all for making this happen.
