Help Us Get Married!

Hi there! This is Holly and Sunni, the most adorable ginger couple you will ever meet! They met each other in the magical internet-land, in a modern, 21st Century Love Story (TM). After meeting in real life they discovered that we had quite a few friends and interests in common, leading to dragging Holly in to Sunni's only hobby: The SCA , a medieval recreation group. Their involvement grew until one night, at what can be considered the biggest Re-Enactment for the SCA, Sunni proposed. Who was surprised? Holly said yes! Friends and family have been incredibly supportive, but one area that has been a challenge for both the couple and their families has been coming up with the finances to fund the whole affair. With elderly parents in ill health on both sides of the wedding party, finding financial help for the wedding has been difficult, especially when both families are living paycheck to paycheck.

My fiance' and I have been planning our wedding for over a year now. We have both been working as much as we can to save for our wedding, but of course our pockets fall empty as expenses arise. We love eachother very much and we don't feel we need a very extravagent wedding. Just a small gathering of close friends and faimly at our local UU church. After adding up all the costs for food, invitations and all the small things you can't scrape a wedding together without, we realized we would need all the help we could get. Please help us pull this thing together! 

Any donations recieved will be used for expenses such as: Food for the reception, Clothes, Invitations, Flowers, Wedding cake, Cerimonial Items, Simple decorations and favors.. Etc.

If we end up with more funding then we need, we intend to donate it to our local women's shelter.
