Campaign Story
Lets help raise funds for our friend Jennifer and her Mom Connie to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada for the 8th Annual Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita Support, Inc. Conference July 3-7th 2013! Jennifer has been a huge part of our AMC community, VERY supportive and encouraging to all our AMC families, PLEASE help us "pay it forward"!!! :) We love ya!!
