Help us get in our own home!

My husband and I have been married for almost 12 years and have 3 amazing kids. When we first got married, we bought our first home. We were very young and were told ''oh, you can totally afford this much!'' Only we definately couldn't.

Long story short, we short saled and have been renting for the last 9 years or so. We would love to get into our own home. We just cant do it without some help. Thank you so much for reading and possibly helping us! (Oh, if we could have the stability of having a home, it would give me the opportunity to go back to college, which right now I can not, we cant survive on one income.)
