Help us get a roof over our heads

e housing crisis is at a all time low and things need to be done about it. There are too many single mothers and children without a home family’s and young adults when you have rung everywhere you can and even Salvation Army and other charitable trusts for help and they are saying they have nothing and you have to try and find something yourself but it’s the busiest time of the year everywhere is booked solid and you have tryed everything to try and shelter your children you think what is wrong with the world. You have posted online and asked the public stating you are in desperate need of a home and no one helps :(

One year ago I was given notice to vacate as the owner of the home I rented was going to move back in. Ever since then I have been strugglingto find a home to rent for me and my twin 2 year old girls and 11year old daughter. My twins father past away when they were 5
months old so I’m a single mother raising Twins isn’t easy and trying to even make it out the house on a good day on your own with two toddlers is a challange we are constantly packing up and moving weekly fortnightly to new accommodation very unsettling and hard to keep children in a good routine we have been on the housing waiting list for months and months at the top of the priority list but with nothing avalible.

we are now in the busiest time of the year and I have rung nearly every motel and holiday park charitable trust Salvation Army you name it with them all saying no we have nothing and everything’s booked out Xmas is fast approaching and we have no where to even put up a tree I’m running out of options And two weeks away from needing to be out of our current temp short term stay and now here I am a desperate mother asking the community for help to raise funds to help me get a cheap bus I can convert to a camper a rolling home we can stay in and call ours until we can find a home

I need a helping hand I know there’s so many other mothers and children in the same position as me and it sickens me that our government let this continue family’s should all have roofs overthere heads.
