Please help our loving mother Evelyn with her upcoming chemotherapy session. She was diagnosed with Lung mass with Mets, R pleural effusion, HCVD, dyslipidemia or Stage 4 Lung Cancer.

My Mother is a caring person she is always taking good care of us even if we are older enough to take good care of ourselves. We love our mother so much.

Last year December 2020, my mother and my father went to the doctor for a regular checkup the doctor request some laboratories for them including the X-ray for my mother. When the result of the X-ray came up the doctor noticed there is a small mass on the right middle lobe of her lungs. The doctor gave my mother a medical prescription and request another X-ray for March 16, 2021.

On March 16, 2021, The X-ray result shows hazy densities at the right middle lobe obscuring the right cardiac border. The X-ray result was compared to the last year's December 2020 result on her X-ray. The doctor made again a One Month interval follow-up check on her X-ray and we will come back again on April 5, 2021.

On April 5, 2021, we have now the X-ray result it was compared to March 16, 2021 results and it shows persistence in the previously reported patchy densities at the right middle lobe again with obscured right cardiac border. The doctor requested now to have a CT scan on my mother's CHEST.

On April 15, 2021, the CT scan was performed and we got the result on April 16, 2021. The results impression shows that Poorly defined lobulated soft tissue mass (2.6 x 2.2 x 2.3 cm) at the right hilar region obstructing the right middle lobe bronchus with complete atelectasis of the right middle lobe, multiple enlarged right axillary / right pectoral (up to 1.5 cm), atherosclerosis of the thoracic aorta and thoracic spondylosis. So the doctor refers us to a pulmonary doctor.

The pulmonary doctor requested Bronchial brushing cytology on May 1, 2021, the results are No Malignant Cells Seen it means no cancer cells seen on the specimen they test, the doctor suspected that my mother is have a TB or a Tuberculosis disease, the doctor give my mother a medical prescription for a Tuberculosis, it will take a 2months and half. And the pulmonary doctor requested also a lung biopsy on July 16, 2021, also a follow-up CT scan on July 20, 2021.

For the month of May, June, and until July 16, 2021, my mother takes the medicine for TB.

For the CT scan result, there is an interval increase size of the poorly defined lobulated soft tissue mass (now 2.8 x 2.5 x 2.4 cm; previously 2.6 x 2.2 x 2.3 cm) at the right hilar region obstructing the right middle love bronchus. And also when the lung biopsy result came up the pulmonary doctor is not convinced of the result so he suggested a second lung biopsy to sure the results will be accurate. But we decided that we will have a second opinion on our internal medicine doctor, then the doctor refer us to an Oncologist doctor (doctor for cancer patients).

In the month of August, there is no Laboratory was perform.

The Oncologist doctor request a PET CT scan it was performed on September 23, 2021, the result shows that her mass on the right middle lobe is increasing to 3 x 3.5 x 3.4cm, and also there are masses seen in the liver with the largest measuring 3.7 x 3 cm. Other findings are a small 0.5 cm hypodense nodule at the middle pole of the right kidney, Hypermetabolic soft-tissue attenuation at the anterior aspect of the left ankle. Spondylosis of the cervical and thoracolumbar spine with small Schmorl's node at the L5 inferior endplate. This means that the masses are slowly scattered in different areas. And also the oncologist doctor requested us a biopsy liver on my mother we have the result and it is clearly stated that it is Malegnant neoplasm. The Doctor requested us to take the specimen to the india for the Lung Cancer Panel so that my mother will be treated with a specific medecine.

The Oncologist Doctor suggested Chemotherapy for my mother as soon as possible and it will be cost 95,000 pessos per session in 3 weeks with a minimum of 4 sessions within 3 months.
