Help us for our father’s angioplasty

I am writing this letter with a lot of hope that maybe you will be able to help me. My father (in-law), Alfredo Q. Engson Jr., 69 y/o hasn’t had a job for too long now, our financial instability had hit its peak and there's a lot of burden on my family considering this pandemic.

Recently, due to his age and existing complications, he had a heart attack. We immediately took him to the hospital and he has been admitted for more or less three weeks now. He was worried about the hospital bills but we assured him that matter had been taken care of and he does not need to worry. However, the hospital bill is around 200,000PHP not including the required procedure (Angioplasty worth 300,000PHP) that he has to undergo and we cannot afford such an amount. We will be so grateful if you can provide our family some financial assistance in our hard time and pay the hospital bill.
