Help us Fight Mom’s Multiple Myeloma

She is Gilda Dela Torre, 78 years of age recently diagnosed with Multiple myeloma (Rare Case actually) causes cancer cells to accumulate in the bone marrow, where they crowd out healthy blood cells. Rather than produce helpful antibodies, the cancer cells produce abnormal proteins that can cause complicationse..

We are advised by her doctors that we need to transfer her immediately to Intensive Care Unit but sadly we need to settle Php 50,000.00 before they can continue her laboratories and medications and transfer her to ICU for close monitoring . And the room rate per day is Php 40,000.00 per day and also needed to be settle with the day.

We also need to do blood transfusion every now and then because of her another problem,rectal bleeding.. They still need to do three laboratory regarding her Myeloma to know its classification and stage..and to do the endoscopy for her intestine to know if that is the cause of her rectal bleeding.

We are asking for help because all our savings are already gone. And we need to pay everyday for her bill because they will stop/hold everything her medications and transfusion.

My brother leave his job just to attend our mother. He is the bread winner of the family.. Now we loss our source of income.We cannot afford to lose hee at this moment.. As if we are about to lose a part of our soul.
