Campaign Story
Since we came to live in Crete 14 years ago we have rescued and adopted many stray animals, now we have 10 dogs and 8 cats all living in the house with us. A few days ago my husband Greg had a stroke and has just come out of hospital. At the moment he cannot work and needs constant care. We desperately need help to buy food for the animals and also for visits to the vet and medication for them. Any help you can give us in this difficult time would be much appreciated.

Update posted by Lesley Jackson at 10:31 amJust to let everyone know that Greg's recovery is a slow process and he is having problems adjusting to life at the moment. He still has a lack of hand and leg coordination on the right side and can only walk a few steps at this time. The donations have. . . . .
