Help us create a safe area for outdoor play for children with Autism.

*Braintrust Behavioral Health LLC is a provider of in home and center based ABA Therapy services for individuals with autism. The Kalamazoo Center is growing and seeking new opportunities for our children in services. Our primary group of children at this location ranges from preschool to elementary ages. With warm weather upon us, we would love to get outside more. One of the goals we are working on is safety, and not all of the children receiving services have mastered this, which makes it difficult for us to safely take them outside. Having a fence that staff and children can walk into directly from inside the building will support maintaining everyone's safety and allow increased freedom to move around the area. Budgeting for this, we will be unable to make installation of a fence a reality this year. That is why we are turning to this source. With your help, we can combine your donation with allocated working capital to be able to make this dream come true for 2019! Please consider helping us to help others in your community. *Update as of 6/22/2019: Due to the generosity of Troy Gillett, owner of Gilletts Undergound Downspouts and Gutter Clean-Outs in Kalamazoo, the labor to install the fence will be at no cost! Thank you Troy! (Thank you as well to a few other individuals who have also expressed willingness to help out). Also, Menards was able to provide a 30% discount on the cost of materials. We are still not at our goal to cover the costs, but we are getting much closer. The additional funds above the goal will be used to enhance the playspace.
