We are a small group of 10 mums and teenage sons who are travelling to the border of Kwa-Zulu Natal and Mozambique to visit a small rural school called Cottlands. The school is like many others in rural Africa, with very few facilities in existence. Children walk up to 7km's to get to school where there are no sporting facilities, library, hall or kitchen. Last year a similar group of mum's raised money to install a JoJo water tank, to help ensure that these children had access to drinking water every day. This year, we are raising money to build a preschool classroom - we are aiming to raise sufficient money to build the classroom this year, ready for the first intake of pre-schoolers in 2017. We have raised sufficient funds so far to lay the foundations in mid July, but you can help us finish this project. Anyadditional funds collected will continue to be donated to Cottlands - they need so very much! Please help us achieve this dream. We will update with photographs as we lay the first bricks.
