The dream behind this fundraising is to create a center accessible to EVERYONE. Disabled or not, rich or poor, fit or trying to reach a goal.


The team working on this project, consists of volunteers of all professions. Specialized individuals, such as doctors, physiotherapists, architects, engineers, PA instructors, accountants, dieticians etc. who through their job and knowledge, want to support equality as well as everyone’s right to health and fitness.
We, and all our volunteers are a mix of disabled and non-disabled individuals, who are totally aware of the difficulties a disabled person faces.
However, we strongly believe that… “We are not what happened to us, we are what we choose to become”. And what we want to be, is strong, fit and healthy.

Our goal is to:
a) include all sporting activities, whether that is typical gym exercises (weightlifting etc.), aerobic workouts, adapted Yoga and Zumba classes, as well as swimming and other sports that can be hosted within or outside of the Center
b) find and support new athletes that never had the chance to develop their athletic skills
c) to create an environment for socialization
d) to raise awareness on such an important issue and ask other cities and countries to do the same.

Health is culture. Health is life. Health is a right that should be accessible to all.

The cost of the center is huge. Our volunteers are already searching for sponsors.
However, the special machinery required for wheelchair users and most disabilities, is very expensive.

The companies selling the adapted equipment, have done their best to support us, but still, the total cost of only a part of the equipment (5pcs) reaches the amount of 27,000 euros (approx. $30,500)!
