I am aiza panaligan 27yrs,working in a BPO company, my partner is jan mark lardizabal and working as a loan officer in a private company.

Last aug. 27,2017 i requested my sister in law to accompany me in going to the hospital as i am having difficulty in breathing. That time i am in my 37 weeks of pregnancy. I was diagnosed w/ SEVERE PREECLAMPSIA w/ PULMONARY EDEMA secondary to CARDIAC PATHOLOGY. AUGUST 28, 2017, I gave birth to my baby boy via PRIMARY LOW TRANSVERSE CESAREAN SECTION. Baby Xander was then admitted right away at the neonatal intensive care unit, got INTUBATED FOR 5DAYS, have gone through series of SEIZURES. Baby was then advise to undergone CRANIAL ULTRASOUND and findings is that there is a white spot in his bilateral frontal lobes, an evident of perinatal asphyxia.

Working diagnosis: A LIVE, FULLTERM, MALE NEONATE, DELIVERED VIA PRIMARY LTCS w/ AS 0'2'6, BS 37WEEKS, BW 4.6LBS, SMALL FOR GESTATIONAL AGE; NEONATAL ASPHYXIA, TO CONSIDER NEUROLOGIC DEFICIT. But luckily Xander is fighting and very brave as he endure everything and now he is already advised to be discharged from the hospital but as of this moment we still dont have any funds for bill w/c is ammounting to more 250,000.00pesos inclusive of doctors fee. And still going up everyday until we pay the total amount and baby is discharge.

We are asking for your kind heart to please help us bring our baby back. We are excited to have him home, to take care of him. It is so frustrating and sad to go home knowing that your little one is left in the hospital.
