We are a startup from Kolkata.

We have startup recognition from Govt of India.

We under the brand name Imprintica will help rural and urban underprivileged women.

We will give them stitching jobs which are sold on online portals.

We want to let them live with dignity.

What We Need & What You Get

We need to build more infrastructure to involve more of underprivileged women.

We will sell through all popular ecommerce websites as well as our own website.

We are presenting all spendings in Indian Rupees. We are keeping provision for two workshops.

If we get targeted funding then we will open two workshops and can employ 35 women.

Otherwise we will employ 15 women first.

We have a need of 20 lac INR to make this project run successfully at the beginning.

We have signed contract with various high end stitching factories across India. We have built our own website that needs more resources and customization. Website still needs approx. 1.83 lakh investment to get the desired makeover, high level resources and security measures, custom functionalities.

We have contract with mid to high level fashion designers for custom designs. An approx. 3.23 lakh investment we need to procure best and demandable high quality designs.

We assure our customers for highest quality materials at the cheapest cost. We have finalized six types of materials to be used in making.

We will build our own garments making workshop. We will start with 15 women with mixed expertise. Every month it will cost 2.90 lakhs approx.

Marketing will be based on engagement. Face to face, banner, advertisement cost is approx. 5 lakhs.

Logistics will be in contract with renowned providers to ensure smooth and secure and reliable and fast delivery.

we need to employ two site developer, accountant, web designer, marketing strategist, content writer, marketing and sales professionals.

Approx. cost per month 3.5 lakhs.

Other costs include office rent, licence, power consumption, office serviceman. total approx. cost per month 90 thousand.

Cash in hand approx. 3 lakhs.

The Impact

Risks & Challenges

Our startup is one of its kind. We face enormous challenges from high value markets that we plan to eliminate by training to women and let them compete with high end fashion houses.

We really have a great challenge in number of unit production per year. As we will not install any automated assembly line so we will end up with much lower volume of units.

We plan to overcome it by employing more women in production and training them to create high value units.

So money and lack of rapid and vast spread of state of the art infrastructure is the biggest hurdle for us to overcome.
