Help Tucker Walk Again

Hi, this is Tucker. Tucker is 11 months old. He has detached retinas and a condition called chondrodysplasia. He also has severe hip dysplasia. About a month ago, Tucker was not able to walk on all four limbs. He learned how to scoot. After seeing the vet and orthopedic surgeon, x-rays were taken, and the diagnosis is both kneecaps are in the wrong place. If left untreated, he will tear his ACLs in both rear legs. Surgery is estimated at $8600.00, but could be higher. We simply cannot afford this and do not want to put him down. His orthopedic issues were a shock to us. We knew he was blind, but not this. We just want to give Tucker his best shot for a somewhat normal life.
