Help Trina Survive Her Financial Challenges

My father suffered a stroke in 2012, which confined him in the hospital. Due to his medical expenses, my finances were affected. That was the beginning of my credit cards debt. I have no cash in hand so I had to use my credit cards for the hospitalization and other medical bills. It was a depressing situation, knowing that a loved one is suffering an illness and you are also also financially challenged.

This same stroke led to a complication in the stomach in 2014 and in the eyes in 2016, which, again, added to my family's financial worries. My monthly salary was not enough to pay all the bills. My mom is a housewife and has no source of income. My brother has his own family but also helps me with the expenses—still it's not enough. I looked for sidelines and other small businesses to at least support my daily needs, but still it's not enough.

It came to a point that I already maximized my five credit cards. And now I am paying the consequences—their monthly dues, penalties and all. I really want to move on now but how can I? I don't know what to do now.

My friends are helping me strategize and registering with GoGetFunding is one of our ways. I hope that people will understand how hard I am going through right now. I am a very religious person but sometimes I think of giving up—but my family and friends are the only reason why I am still holding on. I pray that many people will help me.

I place a target amount of USD2,500.00 only (though my debts are greater than this) just to pay for a single credit card which is under Philippine National Bank. I hope that there will be kindhearted people here to help me survive this financial crisis.
