Help Trent Walk

My Son Trent was had a traumatic birth and was in ICU for the 1st month of his life. as a result he has Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy.. He is such a determined little boy and wants to do everything his sister can. He is now 4 years old and is attempting to walk but with the CP this is difficult as he walks on his toes, He needs an operation to cut the tendons in his legs to allow his feet to go flat on the ground and he needs to have 11 teeth removed as they are black from medication. As a single mom without medical aid i am struggling to provide all the hospital care he requires. I am appealing for help to have these two operations do to make his life easier
